Ductile iron FLANGED FITTINGS
FRISCHHUT Ductile Iron Flanged Fittings is an extensive range of high quality flanged pipe segments ranging from DN40 to DN1000 and beyond. Besides the standard defined range, specials are available on request as well.
The fittings are protected by a fusion bonded epoxy coating that is certified and quality controlled by the renowned German GSK association, which ensures a highly durable range of products. Included in the range are Duckfoot Bends, Flanged Spigots, Reducers, Bends, Tees, Double Tees, Blind Flanges and Threaded Flanges.
Optimal corrosion protection is guaranteed by high quality epoxy coating in accordance with GSK RAL-GZ-662 directive, conforming to DIN EN 14901.
High quality Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating – Ensures a smooth surface and prevents lime deposits.
Colours – Blue RAL5015 [Standard], RedBrown [wastewater]
Designed – In accordance with the European Standard EN 545 Series A for ductile iron pipes and fittings.
Standard Flanges are measured, produced and drilled to DIN EN1092- 2 [PN10 or PN16]. PN25, PN40 on request.
Special Fittings – Available on request (i.e. non-standard lengths).
CE-Label – Fittings used for gas supply to DIN EN 969 [since 01-01- 2011] and for wastewater to DIN-EN 598 [since 01-04-2011] that are traded on the EU market must have the CE label. Please ensure to indicate this on every order when applicable.
Alternative Coatings – Inside Cement Lining or Inside Enamel.
