Do you have problems with smoke and fumes, and it is not possible to use an extraction arm?
Then a hood in galvanized construction could be the right solution. Geovent can make customized or standard versions. They are available with different kinds of suspension, depending on the installation – on a wall or the ceiling. The airflow can be adapted for the individual purpose by adjusting the width of the slit as well as the diameter of the connection to the Spiro pipe.

Hood in modules
These hoods have LED spotlights. The standard slit measures 20 mm. The slit can be made in different measurements on request. As shown in the picture below, the hoods can be installed in series, making an almost endless length of the actual hood possible.

Hood with 1-joint extension arm and motorized hoist
When using a hood is the right solution, it may require flexibility in terms of placement. In these situations it is possible to place the hood on an extension arm.
By swinging the extension arm with the hood, it can be placed just above the extraction point.

In some cases, there is a need to raise and lower the hood. For this purpose, a motorized hoist with a migration from 600 to 1,000 mm is available. The motorized hoist comes with a remote control.
