The transferred medium is sea water, and the material contacting with medium is made of duplex stainless steel.
The concrete volute is adopted, the main components include motor, planetary reduction gear box, lubricating system, auxiliary equipment pipelines and valves as well as instruments;
The impeller, pump shaft, guide glide bearing, pump cover, gear box are designed to be removed from the upper side of pump set.
Pump shaft and impeller are connected with a flange, compared with long double or single connection, it* s easier for manufacturing, mounting and dismounting as well as maintaining.
Upper seal ring and lower seal ring are designed for the impeller, pump cover and lower supporting ring are equipped with a pump cover seal ring and a lower supporting seal ring respectively to protect impeller and prolong the service life of the impeller.
Cone structure is designed for mechanical seal or packing seal, which makes the replacement of mechanical seal or packing seal during maintenance more convenient.
