high voltage dc-dc converter modules offer output voltages of up to 2kV in compact SIP pcb mount formats. Output power is 1.4W to 3W depending on package and all units accept a nominal 12Vdc input. Remote on/off is standard and the output can be adjusted from 0.5% to 100% using an external variable resistor or applied voltage. CHVM offers extremely low ripple and noise performance (as low as 5mVp_p on a 1000V output) making them suitable for precision, noise sensitive applications such as photomultiplier tubes, photodiodes and other detectors and devices often employed in laboratory equipment such as scanning electron microscopes, X-ray fluorescence spectrometers, mass spectrometers and ultrasonic probes.
