The Aseptic valve functions primarily for food or pharmaceutical processing. It is suitable for direct installation in tanks and reactors preparation. Aseptic valves can be manual or pneumatic, with sizes that range from 3/4″ to 2″ in AISI 316L stainless steel. It is also made with a silicone diaphragm ensured to have complied with the Food and Drug Administration’s standards. This valve is available in two versions, the Flanged type valve with a removable body, and the Butt-weld directly welded onto the tank. Each version of the Aerre Inox aseptic valve has its own functions specifically configured to satisfy the needs of various applications. The Aseptic Valve with Flanged body is made with a built-in mechanical/inductive control box.
