RIX Industries’ 2J Series are oil-free air compressor packages, suitable for industrial, medical, energy, shipboard, and ground support air requirements. Systems are equipped with a number of robust features including automatic high temperature, high air pressure, high water level in moisture separators, high delivered air temperature, and low oil pressure safety shutdown. The 2J systems are mounted on a rugged, structural bedplate with the control box installed near the starter box. These compressors feature heavy-duty crosshead construction with two vertical, in-line cylinders and full water cooling. Guide cylinders and distance pieces are cast into the crankcase for additional strength and rigidity.
