These innovative three-stage filters are a unique combination of three high-performance filters in one housing. The combined submicrofilters, activated charcoal absorbers and high-performance particle filters reliably remove oil aerosols, particles, oil vapors and other hydrocarbons. The flow-optimized filter design and innovative filter technology ensure low pressure losses and high separation efficiency. The economizer integrated in the filter housing serves to monitor filter service life and differential pressure and automatically signals filter element replacement dates for economical and safe operation.
The robust aluminum enclosure is coated with a polyester resin and is therefore particularly resistant to aggressive condensates. The unique bayonet lock simplifies tool-free filter change and prevents the filter from being opened under pressure, thus increasing safety. The filters are available with the steam trap “KA ½” as standard and optionally in a version free of silicone and separating agents.
