Pleated Cardboard Filter – Very High Capacity is an improvement enabling a retention capacity and, therefore, a lifespan up to 70% greater than that of “standard” pleated cardboard filters.
This filter is a patented innovation by Technicis Filtration, ideal for high-volume painting applications on automatic or manual industrial lines. It is particularly suited for capturing mist and overspray from wet and sticky particles (paints, varnishes, resins, adhesives, etc.).
This filter maintains the same technical characteristics as the standard pleated cardboard filter in terms of pressure drop and efficiency while reducing the frequency of changeouts.
Technicis Filtration is the leading French manufacturer of pleated cardboard filters for paint booths, also offering high-efficiency and high-capacity versions. These filters have been manufactured in our Nantes factory since 1992.
