Condensate/sediment traps FXP are designed to remove liquids and solids from biological gas, protecting downstream equipment from corrosion and clogging.
Installation is suggested also at “low point” of biogas mains, where formation of water pockets must be avoided in order to ensure regular gas flow.
The unit consists of a stainless steel vessel with removable lid and flanged connections to process. Inlet/outlet design maximises the effect of cyclonic separation.
Condensate water is continuously disposed from the outlet located at the bottom of the vessel.
