The CYCLONES and HYPERCYCLONES GIPE are used to decant the air that comes from the machines or from the cleaning cycles, in order to take off most of the heavy parts and dust.
They are auxiliary machines, used in the cleaning aspiration cycles, as well as in the grinding departments, to decant and pull out from air the particles with a higher specific weight than the air itself, in order to prevent them from spreading in the environment.
Cyclones and hypercyclones can be used also to low the quantity of dust and/or particles that would otherwise enter the de-dusting filters or to withdraw the product conveyed pneumatically by a pipe.
Cyclones and hypercyclones (similar but with higher capacity than the cyclones) are always combined with a star valve to discharge continuously the decantation product. The type of cyclone and star valve should be chosen according to the quantity of air to filter and to the type of product expected at the outlet.
