The SANHA series 4000 and 5000 “SA” consist of tried and trusted solder and transition fittings for copper pipes according to EN 1057 and EN 13348 for hard and soft soldering.
All products are certified according to many national and international certification bodies. SANHA capillary solder fittings are manufactured from copper (Cu-DHP, CW024A for moulded parts) and copper alloys CC499K (threaded parts, cast parts) and fulfill all requirements of BS EN 1254.
The SANHA®-capillary solder fittings dimension d = 6 mm up to 108 mm are suitable for the use in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Assuming professional installation and the use of an appropriate brazing solder containing at least 5 % silver in combination with a suitable flux material, the operating pressure can be max. 45 bar at an operating temperature of 120 °C according to the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EG.
