Bends for ventilation are produced in diameters range 80 mm to 1600 mm of galvanized,
aluminium and stainless steel sheet at 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 degrees angles.
It is recommended to choose the version with EPDM seals to ensure achieving “D” class
leakage (airtightness) according to EN 12237 (SITAC certificate).
In both versions there are 4 types of bends:
BP (w/o seals) and BPL (with seals) pressed bends – in diameters range 80 to 250 mm.
BS (w/o seals) and BSL (with seals) segmented bends of R=D radius – manufactured in diameters range 200 to 1600 mm.
BSK (w/o seals) and BSKL (with seals) short segmented bends of R=0,6D radius
BSD (w/o seals) and BSDL (with seals) long bends of R=2D radius – which are manufactured in diameters range 160 to 1250 mm.
Optionally segmented bends can be produced with various non-standard diameters, a thickness of sheet, radii and angles.
