In addition to finished components, Fluorten also produces sleeves by injection and compression moulding, depending on the size, in natural F10PEEK and filled F10PEEK, standard and special on request. The use of first choice materials from selected suppliers, such as Victrex™, and our advanced production technologies guarantee optimal results for the typical properties of this high-performance polymer.

We use mechanical processing to produce pieces to specification, including sealing elements and components for the widest variety of industrial applications. The dimensions, managed for the most part in stock, cover a wide range of diameters up to over 1 metre, ensuring we meet the multiple demands of the market for finished pieces.
