MiX5 Pro series handheld spectrometers use X-ray fluorescence analysis technology to analyze products of various materials quickly, reliably, and non-destructively. It has better metal analysis capabilities, faster analysis speed, and a smoother and more convenient user experience after being integrated, upgraded, and optimized on the basis of MiX5. It is capable of analyzing the chemical composition of alloy elements in ferrous and nonferrous metals.
Product features
The MiX5 Pro series performs fast, non-destructive, and accurate assays. It perfectly combines influential fundamental parameters (FP) and the empirical coefficient method (traceable reference materials) to provide ultra-high analytical precision and accuracy.
The MiX5 Pro software includes the most comprehensive grade databases, among which are the AISI, DIN, JIS, and GB grade databases, consisting of over 1600 alloys.
The MiX5 Pro has an excellent protection design with an IP54 protection level that can withstand harsh environments.
The MiX5 pro can store up to 100,000 test results, including spectrograms and sample images. The results and reports can be transferred to a computer via USB flash drive or data cable or shared via WIFI.
