The NMRV and NMRV Power worm gear reducers are currently the most advanced solution on the market to flexibility and efficiency requirements. Designed with modularity in mind, the new NMRY Power can also be supplied as a compact integral helical/worm option.

This means that a low number of basic models can be utilized over a broad range of power ratings which ensures reduction ratios from 5 to 1,000 as well as top performance.

The NMRV series is available in sizes 025, 030, 040, 050, 130 and 150. The NMRV power series is available in sizes 063, 075, 090 and 110. Differing versions can be supplied to include an input shaft, torque limiter or fitted for a motor coupling. It operates at a power of up to 15 W and is supplied in cases of 110 in die-cast aluminum and over 130 in G200 gray cast iron. It achieves a torque of 1.550 Nm maximum, and a radial load of up to 18,000 N. The aluminum units come equipped with synthetic oil, and can be mounted universally in any position without having to adjust the lubricant.
