AUMA worm gearboxes are used for the operation of part-turn valve butterfly valves and ball valves.
Designed for intermittent duty S4 – 25 % (modulating duty only bronze), and for short-time duty S2 – 15 min (open-close duty)
They can either be operated manually directly by handweel, or operated by motor with an electric mulit-turn actuator.
Gearbox is capable for mounting an actuator flange. The clockwise rotation of the input shaft provides a clockwise rotation of the output drive.
