New wireless receiver for use with all Texense wireless sensors. It operates over 868/902/920 MHz frequency. The receiver can pair with up to 8 sensors, so it is possible to have spare assemblies ready to be fitted in the event of crash damage etc, and they will be paired and working immediately. It outputs via a user configurable CAN system. This sensor system is ideally suited for front tyre temperature measurement and the receiver can be mounted near the front of the car. On some cars it is possible to use one receiver to pick up all four tyre temperature sensors but occasionally two receivers are required, one for the front and one for the rear.
