“HEXA” rotor straightening, cutting and bending machines
HEXA represents the last generation of rotor straightening, cutting and bending machines used both in the precast industry and in the steel processing centers.

HEXA 616 and HEXA 820 are reliable and flexible rotor straightening machines designed to process continuously coils of wire into bar bundles with a high proportion of different bar lengths and diameters. HEXA 616 is able to treat wire with a diameter ranging from 6 mm to 16 mm while HEXA 820 processes wire whose diameter ranges from 8 mm to 20 mm. Through a link to the production planning, the machine recognizes the requirement for the diameter change and executes it automatically in just a few seconds while the wire surface is processed gently by hyperbolic rotors ensuring perfect straightening. A sliding commissioning trolley placed under the bundling unit helps collecting the products and arranging them according to different production orders.

HEXA 616 TWINBEND and HEXA 820 TWINBEND have an integrated double bending unit that offers a wide range of bending options for the production of stirrups, open/closed shapes and bars with hooked ends. Their automatic bending mandrel change, fast rotor change and simple maintenance make them the most user-friendly straightening, cutting and bending systems on the market.

All HEXA models feature an automatic rotating flying shear suitable to cut wire up to 16 or 20 mm. This systems grants huge production advantages as the machine does not need to stop during the cutting phase, increasing machine’s output consistently.
