Introduction

Double-mode alternate forming is adopted with high working efficiency. Screw pre-plasticization, fixed and limit feeding, and full-hydraulic fast and slow mold closing are adopted. It has such advantages as high mold clamping force, smooth mold movement, electric interlocking, smooth and beautiful injection head, good safety and reliability, small floor space, easy mold assembly and disassembly, etc.

Shoulder injection mold: The tube diameter ranges within Ф12.7mm-Ф60mm with oval and round shapes. Design and manufacturing can also be made according to customer requirements. Thread shapes can also be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
