The need to complete most of operations inside the turning center, asks the turret to
work with rotating tools for a long part of their life. In order to grant best performances,
rotating toolholders have become a basic component in the Turret System.
Duplomatic has been one of the pioneers for the rotating toolholders design
and nowadays the company is able to provide a new product that combines high
performances with high reliability.

Most of the efforts have been done for machining following targets:
■ high rigidity
■ temperature control
■ low noise level.
Actually Duplomatic offers a wide choice for DIN 69880 (VDI) and BMT types, different
tool fixing systems (ER collet, tapping collet, milling head, Capto and so on) and
coupling according to DIN 5480, 1809 and special on request.
