The CTS is a fully pneumatic vacuum chamber which allows, by vacuum, like the CTE, to test the tightness of industrial packaging such as flask, food tray, sachet, sealed packaging such as packet of chips, bottle, flask, yogurt , blister, etc.
Suitable for production environments, it has a fully pneumatic system, called a venturi, capable of creating a vacuum (max -850 mbar) when supplied with compressed air
with a minimum of 6 bars. The latter is connected to your network by 8 mm RILSAN pipes. In addition, it includes a compressed air adjustment valve in order to limit the incoming flow, and therefore to vary approximately the vacuum, the value of which appears on a needle pressure gauge.
Option: Vacuum pump for customers who do not have access to a compressed air network or who wish to drop to -850 mbar or less in relative pressure.
