Mekoprint has considerable expertise in surface treatment and offers powder coating in all RAL colours and many different and interesting surface structures such as rough, glossy and metallic finish.
Mekoprint powder coats workpieces up to 1500 x 1200 mm in materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised iron, and iron.
Our facility consists of fully automated processes, providing customers with uniform and extremely cost-effective results every time.

THE POWDER COATING PROCES
The surface treatment method is extremely effective against corrosion, which is the unintended degradation of, e.g. metals – also known as rust on iron and steel.
To achieve a good coating, it is important that the workpieces are clean and free of dirt. In this context, Mekoprint uses a phosphating where the workpieces are phosphated directly on the powder coating line, before powder is applied in the paint booth.
This ensures the best results.
At Mekoprint, powder coating takes place in our fully automatic in-house powder coating plant, which performs the application of the powder quickly and efficiently.
Quality is extremely important to Mekoprint. Therefore, our staff make sure that each workpiece gets just the right finish.
