Using special cutters with PCD cutting edges, profiled with the latest laser technologies, can bring considerable advantages to the operators of the sector.

It allows to obtain better finishes, which facilitate the cleaning of the lenses, and greater durability in surface milling, compared to the traditional processing by grinding wheels or with PCD cutting edges, sharpened however with wire EDM.

The precision of the desired profile, performed with laser technology, guarantees a much better surface milling accuracy.
