VC2 type single crystal material is used in the CA 250 compression mode accelerometer to make it a stable device. It is a transducer which is designed for extreme high temperature measurements and is fitted with an integral mineral insulated cable. It is in turn connected with a coaxial Lemo connector which is adapted by the Vicro-Meter. The MA 109 or MA 112 stud can be used in places where the accelerometer has to be mounted with an integral cable. An MA 110 differential stud can be used for mounting the CA 250 without rotating it.
