One-axis Piezoelectric IEPE Acceleration Sensors are made of PZT ceramic and have a built-in charge-voltage converter and a pre-amplifier.
The single axis MEMS accelerometers have a rugged aluminium body and are hermitically sealed, those characteristics make them suitable for all kind of applications. These MEMS accelerometers incorporate temperature compensation and a gas damped MEMS sensing element for an excellent frequency response. These low noise single axis MEMS accelerometers contain a built-in mechanical overload stop for shock protection, that makes them suitable for use in environments with a temperature between – 40ºC and 90 ºC.
