Rod detector for level and interface measurements
With sensitive lengths from 0.5m up to 2.0m, the UniSENS rod detector is primarily used for continuous level measurements. In order to cover even larger measuring ranges, multiple UniSENS detectors can be cascaded.
Benefits at a glance
• – Long-term stability of ≤ 0.01% per °C (Patented method)
• – Sensitive scintillation technology for lowest dose rates
• – Slave monitoring
Characteristics
Due to our patented method for detector stabilization, temperature influences and aging effects are reliably compensated, leading to the consistently high-quality measuring performance for which our detectors are renowned.
Cascaded UniSENS systems can extend the measuring range indefinitely. To set up a cascaded multi-detector system, the the calibration is done via the master unit, and not necessary for the slave detectors. This is also the case for all maintenance and diagnostic purposes.
Detected entity : scintillation
