THE IQF BRINE FREEZING LINE CONSISTS OF:

•RECEPTION TANK AND FEEDING CONVEYOR TO THE BRINE FREEZER
•BRINE FREEZING TANK
•BRINE FILTERING SYSTEM
•DIP GLAZING OR WATER SPRAY MACHINE
•DRYING TUNNEL
•ELECTRICAL AND CONTROL PANEL

FEATURES

•Temperature of the product when entering the brine tank = 15ºC (depending on the product and the client)
•Temperature (in bone) of the product when exiting the brine tank = -11ºC
•Working temperature of the brine = -18ºC
•Temperature (in bone) of the product when entering the drying tunnel = -11ºC
•Temperature (in bone) of the product when exiting the drying tunnel = -22ºC (or another temperature according to the client´s needs)
