Tiama HOT move is the Tiama solution to monitor and control the containers’ positions at the hot-end.

The Tiama HOT move is composed of one infrared camera installed on a mechanical support directly fixed on the conveyor to limit the footprint of the system. It is located just after the IS machine and before the annealing lehr. The system is synchronized with the IS machine.

Tiama HOT move have 4 main features:
– Rejection of stuck and fallen articles
– The system measures the articles positions upon the conveyor on X and Y axes
– Statistics per sections and cavities are available including, for example, the reject rates per cavities
– The system communicates through an open protocol which enables closed loop pusher automation

The Tiama HOT move is a monitoring solution to help customers to improve the management of their process and to reach their quality level.
