Integrated and easy
Our HP202 inline high-pressure homogenizers can be used independently or connected to and controlled via our pasteurizer and sterilizer equipment. When integrated with one of our heat treatment units, automated flow-control and temperature sensors can be installed to monitor the critical control points (CCPs). All CCPs are visible via the human machine interface (HMI) of the HTST-UHT unit.
With a step-by-step explanation available on the display of the OMVE UHT systems, the automatic flow-control and cavitation protection functionality results in fewer operational errors, lower maintenance costs and higher processing productivity.
Recommended for a production capacity range of 10L/h to 50L/h.
