Surface preparation, painting and quality acceptance processes conform to PN-EN ISO 12944 standards. Our professional technical facilities enable us to prepare and paint surfaces using a wide range of paint systems. All parts of the structure are prepared for welding and painting by shot blasting (abrasive blasting). We have 2 turbine shot blasting machines suitable for components with a size of 1500 x 1000 mm and 2500 x 400 mm. Also, after welding, all components are again shot blasted in shot blasting chambers before they are painted. We have two chambers with a size of 18 x 5 x 5 m and 14 x 3 x 3 m to correctly prepare the structures. We only use professional equipment manufactured by leading manufacturers for painting. Our company uses airless sprayers and pressure pots for paint spraying.

The production process is continuously monitored using measuring and testing devices such as dew point meters, paint meters, soluble salt testers, comparators, etc.
