Fast and efficient flushing

This very high precision metering gear pump meets all the highest requirements in the worldwide painting industry. Its «dead zones free» internal design allows a prefect color change in a minimum time span and a minimum flushing medium consumption. Flushing is done thanks a integrated bypass block with a shaft flushing medium injection, piloted by a second valve.

Light, strong and robust

All parts in contact with the product are made in tempered stainless steel. Other parts are made in light weight metal. A «state of the art» parts finishing in addition to some hightech surface treatments – friction free – increase the pump life span, even with highly abrasive paints.

This pump is available in 1.2cc/rev, 3cc/rev, 4.5cc/rev, 6cc/rev and 9cc/rev. Sizes 1.2 and 3cc/rev without flushing channels and valves (for hardeners). Sizes 4.5 to 9cc/rev with bypass and shaft flushing functions.
