The 501/453 universal Atex Hawke is IECEx glands for armoured cables. the gland is designed to provide armour clamping by using one clamping arrangement for all armour/braid types. it also provides the cables inner sheath diaphragm seal to prevent the cold flow characteristics cables from any damage.
The gland holds ATEX II 2GD ExtD A21 approvals as well as BAS 06 ATEX 0057X, IECEx BAS 06.0014X(tailles Os à F), BAS 06 ATEX 0056X and IECEx BAS 06.0013X (tailles G à J) certification. The IP66, IP67 and 68 ingress protection glands are suitable for all types of armour. The ExtD type of protection device is made of brass (standard) / nickel-plated brass / stainless steel material and operates at -80°C / +60°C temperature and 1, 2, 21, 22 zones.
