Recently Magtrol provided a turnkey Customized Motor Test System (CMTS) dedicated to the test of surgical drills and reamers.

The compact and mobile test bench is composed of hysteresis brakes, torque sensors, dedicated fixtures, infrared temperature sensors, bare code reading, power meter, controller, power supply, computer as well as all necessary electronic and data acquisition cards, everything being integrated in a table bench with safety cover complying to the highest standards of the machine safety regulations.

The system is managed by a specific M-TEST Motor Testing Software allowing test set-up programming, test cycles control and data acquisitions. Test results can be downloaded on data table and testing certificate of the instrument can be recorded and printed.
