1. The air quenching, spray quenching and oil quenching energy-saving heat treatment production line is designed and produced by our company. In accordance with the common quenching heat treatment technology for high-chromium product, the procedures of production line are set to achieve the working pattern of automatically charging and discharging and continuous operation, so as to sharply improve production efficiency and save energy consumption and achieve the optimal economic benefits (water consumption of each ton product ﹤320kw/h, oil consumption of each ton product ﹤2.5kg). Compared with bogie-hearth high-chrome ball quenching, it can save electricity as high as 25–40％.
2. With better quenching effect, stable product quality is ensured; with fast discharging action, the quenching quality of balls and segments can be guaranteed (Rockwell hardness can reach to HRC≥58-66°) when air (spray) and oil quenching are carried out.
