LINC-CUT® S 1530d

The LINC-CUT® S 1530d is an economical plasma cutting system with down draft table. The table has compartments at every 600 mm that helps to extend the effectiveness of extraction. Each compartment has air diffuser boxes to improve the extraction of fumes and slags, to protect the hatches, and to avoid the sides of machine from heating.
A filtration system with automatic cleaning of cartridges can be associated to the machine. The whole allows to produce intensively while optimizing its cost of use thanks in particular to the use of plasma FLEXCUT 125 operating with compressed air.
Easy To Use:
An intuitive 20” touch screen HMI with an integrated 36-part shape library will get you cutting immediately.
The machine is supplied with a software package to be installed on your PC to import formats .dxf, .dwg, to draw pieces, to nest and generate machine programs.
A laser spot simplifies the alignment of sheets.
Through the FLEXCUT 125 CE technology with compressed air, the machine produces a high level of quality for the cutting on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium with cost efficiency: high life time, reduce post process operations with less dross and better edge quality.
