The MEDIACLAVE 10 and MEDIACLAVE 30 media preparators, manufactured by INTEGRA Biosciences, generally enable the quick yet gentle sterilization of 1 to 10L respectively 3 to 30L culture medium. This preparator features a precise control of process parameters during the sterilization process in order to consistently guarantee a media of top quality. It also has an intuitive multi-lingual user interface that is designed with a user-friendly programming for manageable operations even for beginners.
The culture medium may be dissolved directly within the instrument. In addition, automatic self-checks as well as a number of monitoring systems ensure the most secure operational procedures. This instrument may also be connect to the MEDIAJET in order to enable the automated and continuous dispensing of media into Petri dishes.
The MEDIACLAVE 10 and MEDIACLAVE 30 have a selectable stirrer speed ranging from 50-200 rpm, reversing direction.
