PONSSE harvesters use the Opti 4G information system – the most advanced and easiest to use system in the markets. Opti 4G is the operator’s user interface towards the machine control system. Opti 4G also processes all basic functions needed in harvesting and offers support for cutting control, automatic bucking and reporting.

The Opti system’s easy-to-use programs offer convenience in the use, control and calibration of harvesters and the management of automatic bucking files. The versatile system also includes harvesting reporting, data transfer and work management tools. The smart system produces harvesting data about working hours, production, machine operation and fuel consumption.

Opti 4G is fully compatible with standard harvesting control systems. Because of the Windows operating system, data transfer and map applications can easily be installed in the forest machine. The PONSSE Opti Map 2 program, available as an additional feature, is a versatile map positioning program for forest machines, which supports the comprehensive Opti 4G information system.
