Overview
SW-11 Magnetic Switch is designed with a quality high power reed switch as its core component and full aluminum alloy housing. It is explosion protection certified for Flameproof Enclosure (Ex d IIC T6) and Intrinsic Safety (Ex ia IIC T6), which both are the highest explosion protection level reached so far amongst similar products in the market. It is used with Flap-11 Magnetic Level Indicator series product. As the measured fluid level rises or drops in the vessel, the magnetic float in the chamber rises or drops with it. When the permanent magnetic steel within the magnetic float moves closer to the magnetic switch, it triggers the reed switch inside the magnetic switch to change its status. The internal magnetic mechanism locks the status of the reed switch and generates a signal to the control center for the liquid level monitor, alarm and control.
The magnetic switch can be categorized by its output method as SPST type or SPDT type.
Application
SW-11 Magnetic Switch is externally mounted on the Magnetic Level Indicator of Flap -11 series products to achieve automatic control and remote control.
