The RINA Serie 700 models are horizontal batch centrifuges with automatic discharge (peeler centrifuge) dedicated to solid-liquid filtering separation of slurries with high rotating speed (1.000G mini).

The “Pharmaceutical version” of this equipment allows the absolute integration through-the-wall in a clean room for the most demanding processes in terms of cleanness and containment, separating the technical area from the production area. According to the Good Manufacturing Practices, the study of drainability, the absence of retention zone and the hermiticity of the machine guarantee a non-contamination of the product and the operator during the production of batches.

They are highly versatile thanks to the multiple configurations and optional items proposed. The programing allows several types of functioning recipes depending on the requirements of the process. They are showing a high operation flexibility, variable residence time for spinning and intensive washing step(s), blanketing.
