Jacket drum heater25 – 200L, 0-90ºC

This Kuhlmann Electro-Heat A/S heats up and insulates drums, buckets and cylinders consuming far less energy than conventional band heaters and has been proven so after testing. It is the fastest, easiest and a more affordable insulating technique to maintain the temperature of industrial materials. It consists of a Teflon/polyester jacket, needled polyester insulation, silicone insulated spiral wound resistant element, adjustable quick release buckles, 3 meter power cable, and an additional base drum heater. It is available in 25l, 50l, 105l, and 200l with two ranges of thermostat viz. 0-40º C and 0-90º C. It’s warm up duration is 48h (200 L water from +15º C to +60º C with a 450 W drum heater) with an IP40 Protection Item number.
