The NGS is an inclination and gyro sensor with a CANopen output. The gyro sensor comprises a measurement range of -50 … +50 °/s, and the inclination sensor a range of -180 … +180 °.
The NGS is a combined sensor for measuring angular velocity and acceleration in three axes. In addition, the NGS can also be used to determine the inclination in relation to the installation position. The recorded values are provided digitally via CAN bus (CANopen protocol). Its robustness, high accuracy and long-term stability as well as the simple installation and commissioning predestine the NGS for control processes concerning the moving of components on mobile machines.
