Hot air dryerTT series dryer

The TT series, manufactured by NEUE HERBOLD Maschinen-u. Anlagenbau GmbH, is a drying unit for plastics recycling. This machine is a down stream unit designed to attain an ultimate material (granulate/film flake) moisture level of 3% or lower.

This series features an easy and convenient technique. Materials are fed through a cyclone. A heater provides hot air on a continual operation and is fitted with a temperature control unit. The needed temperature is established by the rest moisture of different materials and the needed through put rate.
