The gas turbine fuel gas pressure regulating system is the skid mounted station used for gas supply for gas turbine. It can be integrated with the function of gas filter, gas heater, pressure regulate, metering, gas venting, gas emission , leakage alarm, automatic switch etc.
It usually integrates with gas filter & heating system, metering system, pressure regulating system, gas venting, leakage alarming system etc.
Metering system equipped with flow computer for gas flow calculation through temperature and pressure compensation of standard condition calculation.
Pressure regulating system is like the pressure control system which equipped with “slam shut valve+monitoring regulator + working regulator” .
Gas venting use central venting system in principle. Leakage alarming system interlocked with the main valve and gas venting system, when the leakage occurred, the main valve closed under the control of station control system and open the vent system for emergency venting.
This system has high requirement on the pressure regulator, not only for fast opening and closing, fast reaction speed, high precision pressure, but also for large flow capacity. The regulator suitable is usually the axial-flow type.
The system has the characteristics of gas supplying continuous and stable, wide range of gas pressure regulation, high requirement of explosion-proof and good safety performance and so on.
