Bengal Bay Garnet is an almandine garnet which is known for its hardness and durability. It is a chemically inert, natural mineral suitable for blast cleaning operations. Where conditions allow recycling the material can be used as a cheap alternative to Aluminium Oxide, Chilled Iron or Steel Grit.
