HAWKE 501/453/UNIVERSAL – the only “upgradable” Ex d gland in the world.
It offers installers the unique opportunity to upgrade the diaphragm seal to a barrier type gland, whereby a seal is formed around each individual cable core.
The HAWKE 501/453/UNIVERSAL Ex d cable gland is suitable for cables that exhibit “Cold Flow” characteristics. It provides a patented diaphragm seal on the cables inner sheath to avoid damage especially of soft and flame retardant cables.
