Accuracy and Efficiency
The Electronic Flow Scale POND was projected for the weighing of free flowing products, continuously or not, and it can also be applied for the control of processes, or yields of a plant. Its especial structure enables and reduces drastically to the minimum level maintenance procedures. Due to its round shape elaborated to ensure the maximum product flow, providing thus the hygienization of the components in contact.
Functionality
The machine is endowed with a gravity feeder with electropneumatic drawer valve to regulate the product flow. Below the feeder, the weighing container is suspended by a 3-load cells system that guarantees a high stability level of weighing cycle. Once reached the pre-selected capacity, the drawer valve of the feeder shuts off, the weight is saved and the semi-lug valve of the container opens up and allows the unloading of the product.
In case of constant weighing, that is, in the first cleanings and feeding of the rupture passages of a mill, the Electronic Flow Scale is endowed with a predisposed feeder for thin and thick flow with a double actuator. In this case, the Electronic Flow Scale is identified by the initials POND/PC; in case non constant weighing, it is endowed with a predisposed feeder for thick flow, with a simple actuator (POND/NC).
