3 important advantages by doing a Fladder® finish sanding:
Up to 50% lacquer saving
Sharp edges are rounded slightly.
Stain is absorbed more uniformly.
Fladder® finish sanding solves the known problems in connection with lacquering:
Ordinary wood sanding with a wide belt sander cuts the wooden fibres on the surface leaving it woolly due to the pressure of the abrasive material towards the surface. When lacquering this surface tensions occur in the fibres that causes them to stand up and makes the surface feel rough.
