AccuDrop Gun is an air-actuated and material driven droplet dispenser that is ideal for precise droplet dispensing of mastic and adhesive substances on automobile panels.
It is designed to automatically dispense droplets up to the size of 8 cubic centimeters on any car part such as the hood, deck lids or doors for anti-flutter attachment of brackets. The modular design applied on AccuDrop allows fast and simple maintenance and assembly line configuration changes.
The dual-valve setup allows dispensing while refilling and it shortens the cycle significantly. The shot sizes can be easily adjusted in the range from 2 ccs to 8 ccs. It also has magnetic proximity switches to sense whether it is loaded. The material is isolated from the air intake and that cuts down the downtimes and maintenance cycles. It comes with three different nozzle types to cover any application possible. Finally, the temperature conditioning provides a constant material temperature during the entire process.
