Our connector solutions based on moulding technologies stand out due to their optimum functionality and durability. Vulnerable components are thereby protected and high impermeability as well as rigid strain relief are achieved. Our connector solutions are also suited for extreme ambient temperatures.

We use two different techniques, depending on the requirements:

Hotmelt method

suited to casing of vulnerable components due to low operating pressure and processing temperatures
comparatively low tooling costs
no delay in further processing (no curing of the casting compound as in 2C castings)
polyamide-based thermoplastic materials (mostly UL 94V-0)

Injection moulding method (for medium-sized to large batches):

low material costs
high mechanical resistance
great potential
processing of various thermoplastics, such as PA, PP, TPE, ABS and therefore also differing component properties
watertight up to IP69K
combination with the hotmelt methods provides new areas of application
