CUSTOM MADE HEATING BLANKETS

We produce custom-made Heating Bands or Heating Jackets, both in serial production and in small quantities or prototypes. Optional features include power, size, and voltage (mains voltage or low voltage 12/24/48V).

Our Heating bands and Heating Jackets are versatile and particularly suited for industrial, private or civil engineering use, or to heat small, low-temperature sensitive tanks, pipes or mechanical parts at low temperatures.

Also useful in the processing of plastics or other types of materials, they are flexible and resistant and adhere entirely to the surface to be heated. They are equipped with velcro for closing, and completely wrapping the object to be heated and also can
be adapted for piping holes, inspections holes and more.

Heating bands and Heating Jackets can be designed for temperature ranges up to 200°C, the fabrics used are all certificates and canbe polyester, fiberglass and aramid materials such as Kevlar.They can be equipped with temperature control a Bimetallic precision thermostat (40/60/80 / 90 ° C) or can be used commercial external thermoregulators by inserting inside the PTC or NTC probes, K type thermocouples or PT100 probes.
